What's free, and what do I pay for?
The voice preview is free. Creating full videos requires a paid plan: $6.99 for your first week, then $14.99/week, or a $39.99/month plan. Your allowance is shown before checkout. Paid plans auto-renew until canceled.
Do I need an app or an account?
No download needed — you can start in your phone's browser. You'll sign in to save your pet and creations across devices, then add a photo and choose a voice.
What kind of photo should I use?
Start with a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of your pet. Keep their face easy to see. AI results vary with the photo and the chosen style.
What happens to my photos?
You keep ownership of your photos. They're processed to provide the service, including by our AI providers. You can delete your content or account; the privacy policy explains retention and how your data is handled.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
For a web purchase, manage your subscription as directed in the app. For an App Store purchase, use your Apple subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
