Do I need to install an app or a browser extension?
No. ilovemypets.ai runs in your phone or desktop browser with no extension, plug-in or download. For video calls you just allow microphone access when the call starts.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It runs in the phone browser on iPhone and Android, so there's nothing to download.
Is it free or a subscription?
The voice preview is free. Full videos need a paid plan: $4.99 for your first week, then $14.99/week, or $39.99/month. Plans auto-renew until canceled, and every plan includes video calls with your pet.
Do videos have a watermark?
No. Videos you make on ilovemypets.ai have no watermark, so you can post or send them as they are. The voice preview is free; full videos need a paid plan.
How private are voice calls with my AI pet?
Calls are powered by an AI provider (Runway) on our behalf, only to run the feature. We don't sell your photos or use them to train our own AI models, and deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) purges your photos, videos and personal data. The privacy policy has the details.
Who can see my pet's photos and videos?
Only you, unless you choose to share. Your gallery is private by default, and we don't sell your photos or use them to train our own AI models.
How long is my content stored, and can I delete it?
Your photos and videos are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) purges your photos, videos and personal data; the privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own song or audio?
No. Songs and dances come from the templates in the app, with their music built in. You can write any message for your pet to say in their AI voice.
What video format do I get?
A vertical MP4, ready for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or sending in a message.
Does the photo need to show my pet's legs and paws?
Not for talking or singing: a clear view of the face is what matters. For dancing, some body and paws in frame gives more natural movement.
Can I preview the video before sending it?
Yes. The voice preview is free, and once you make the full video you can watch it before you download or share it.
Can I add text, captions or stickers?
Not inside the app; templates come ready-made. Download the video and add text, captions or stickers in TikTok, Instagram or an editor like CapCut.
Can I make one video from several pet photos?
No. Each video is made from one photo. For several pets, make a video of each and share them together.
